Your Payments tab — what's paid, what's due, receipts, paying by card, and authorizing a card for a provider.
Once you've completed your booking, your trip page has a Payments tab. It shows only your own party's money.
What you'll see
- Trip total, Paid and Still to pay — what you pay your advisor directly.
- Schedule — each payment (a deposit, then the final payment) with its date, and what each provider charges to your card in its own currency, with an estimate in yours.
- Payments made, each with its Receipt.
Paying
Choose Pay now when a payment is due — or Pay early before then — and pay by card on the secure form from our payment partner, Stripe. For your security we may ask for a code we email you first. Nothing is added for paying by card, and your receipt arrives by email. We'll remind you by email a week before a payment is due.
Authorizing a card for a provider
Some bookings are charged by the provider itself, on a card you authorize. If you skipped one when you completed your booking — or one comes due later — it shows under To authorize. Choose Authorize now, pick your card and sign: the provider can then charge it, up to the amount shown.
