When your travel advisor offers more than one way to take your trip.
Sometimes your travel advisor offers two or three ways to take your trip — a different hotel, an extra few days, or another route. Each option has its own itinerary, and its own price if you can see prices.
Choosing one
You can choose an option in two ways:
- Choose it now, and approve later. This tells your travel advisor which option you prefer. You can add a note.
- Choose it as you approve. When you approve the proposal, you'll pick the option you're approving.
Choosing doesn't charge you anything, and the other options aren't thrown away — your travel advisor still has them.
Changing your mind
Once an option has been chosen, the page won't let you choose a different one. If you'd like to switch, contact your travel advisor — they can help.
Who can choose: the trip's lead traveler, and anyone with full access.
