Forwarding your link doesn't share your trip — here's what does.
Your own link is yours
The link to your trip page only works for travelers on the trip, each signing in with their own email address. If you forward it, the person you send it to will be asked to sign in, and they won't get a code unless they're on the trip.
Someone traveling with you
Ask your travel advisor to add them to the trip. Your advisor chooses how much they can see and do — full access, or limited access without prices. Then they can sign in with their own email address.
Someone who just wants to see the plan
Your travel advisor can make a share link — a view-only page of your itinerary, for family, a friend or a house-sitter. Anyone with a share link can open it without signing in, so it leaves out:
- every price, deposit and payment
- your travel advisor's personal note to you, and the proposal's message
- who's approved and any changes you've asked for
Your travel advisor can stop a share link at any time, or replace it with a new one — the old one then stops working. Ask them if you'd like one.
